Shipping policy
GENERAL ORDER FULLFILMENT & SHIPPING PROCESS
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We strive to provide you with the freshest product possible, and as a result we do not typically maintain a ready to ship inventory. Thus we aim to do fresh roasts weekly and subsequently all open orders will be shipped every Friday. If we are running a little behind you will be contacted as soon as possible.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
$8 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders and subscriptions and displayed at checkout.
Shipping is free for all orders $50 or more.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If your order qualifies for free delivery, your package will not be left at communal mailboxes nor at communal entrances/gates. Customer may be contacted prior to delivery to confirm delivery drop-off location.
Deliveries are typically made from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week, excluding holidays. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@anchoredroasting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
